· Structural Engineering plans for: Concrete slab, Framing, Wall Bracing, Articulation Joints, Stormwater drainage system connecting to LPOD or Sealed drainage systems (watertank) with Detailed onsite detention system design for Stormwater management for multiunit developments and carparks, etc.
· We also provide piling design supply and installation including steel screw piles, concrete bored piers, computations and drawings for all types retaining walls including sleeper walls, and or brickwork reinforced walls or stones & land slopes stability. our commitment of 5-7 days job return with high quality and reliable work is our trademark in the consultancy industry.
· Site Inspection (Problems can be big, Solutions should not.)
· Forensic Engineering Reports
